EUR 2bn transaction volume, EUR 1.8bn purchase and sales volume in investment management as well as a current own portfolio held across the group of over EUR 1.4bn.

Nox Capital renovates over 100 homes and units on an annual basis and has excellent access to constructions firms. The investment companies and the entire real estate portfolios of Nox Capital / Areal Group are owned by its founders. A total of over 150 employees are employed by the group.
