Nox Capital initiates real estate funds and joint ventures with a progressive investment strategy focusing on residential property. The current fund is suitable for institutional investors such as banks, asset manager, superannuation funds, pension funds, insurance companies and family offices.

The aim is to realize hidden reserves and increase value by active commercial and technical asset management.
