Buyer is an international investment manager

BERLIN, 17.02.2021: The Berlin-based residential real estate expert Nox Capital can report three successes within a very short period of time: Shortly before the turn of the year, Nox sold a portfolio of existing properties to an international investment manager for institutional real estate investments. The transaction volume amounted to more than EUR 40 million.

Only a few weeks earlier, Nox Capital received the license from the Luxembourg CSSF and the German BaFin for the first and the second real estate fund, which will be launched in the course of 2021, and can thus expand its range of services to include the sub-segment of institutional fund management. The funds invite institutional investors such as pension funds, insurance companies, banks and semi-professional investors such as family offices to acquire conservative residential properties together with Nox Capital, to realize potential through efficient asset management and to generate stable long-term income.
